Deconstructing Student Learning through Feedback and Reflection LIMITED
Limited Capacity seats available

Participants will walk through a sample unit of study in a 9th grade history class and be exposed to different reflection and feedback tools. Participants will discover how consistent reflection can lead to more fruitful Parent Teacher Conferences. Participants will be asked to evaluate a sample summative assessment (both written and spoken) in partner pairs. Through this exercise, participants will be able to distinguish between effective and ineffective feedback strategies.
