By the end of this session participants will have seen and participated in 3 projects that are simple to set up and can be adapted to any age or level in secondary. The projects draw on theories from inquiry-based learning and include visible thinking routines. The activities will be demonstrated in the session to ensure the participants understand how the projects work in the classroom context, and how their learners will engage with the content as they work through the stages of the project. that all the participants will take away something from the talk. This will enable them to apply the activities and concepts to their own teaching contexts.
