Conflict resolution skills are essential for life, and need to be taught explicitly just like Maths, Literacy, and other subjects. By learning these skills, students learn to think critically and become more independent in solving their difficulties. Peer mediation is a great tool to increase student’s social competence, improve the school climate, and it also allows educators to dedicate more time and energy to student learning. In this presentation, participants will acquire practical strategies through interactive activities.
